On April 28, a global day is celebrated dedicated to health and safety in the workplace. Metro C joined this day with the theme “We all act together to build a positive culture of Health and Safety“, holding an 8-hour workshop, dedicated to managerial figures and delivered by qualified trainers, with the aim of providing information and tools to achieve improvement through a shared cultural change. An important event, especially following the continuation of the Covid 19 pandemic that has led the world of work to question more and more closely the issue of the health and safety of workers and to intensify the dialogue between the social realities involved.
Metro C, with the aim of building a positive work culture and in order to strengthen inclusion within the working context thanks to the fruitful exchange of experiences, chose, in view of the world day promoted by the World Labor Organization, to communicate and share with its shareholders the experience of a highly complex construction site due to the need for harmonization of the parties involved both at the design level and at the implementation level. The training moment organized and promoted by Metro C has therefore turned into a professional comparison space, with respect to the actions implemented in terms of safety and health in the workplace.
The training ended with a moment of common sharing of the vision in terms of health and safety in the workplace that saw adherence to a constant commitment aimed at achieving improvement through a cultural change in the work context.
